Beta Participation Terms

The LAX Beta is invitation-only and limited to people who are at least 18 years old. An invitation is personal, may be withdrawn, and does not guarantee continued access or a public product launch.

The initial traveler beta is designed for one flight departing LAX on a specific date. You may make one self-service correction before airport activation. Once LAX presence is confirmed, the flight is locked for that Aer-Port Session; later corrections require Aer-Ports support and may be audited to protect flight-room privacy.

An Aer-Port Session requires location permission while you are at LAX so Aer-Ports can confirm airport presence, unlock the correct flight community, and collect limited airport activity signals. Aer-Ports does not need your location away from a participating airport. See the Privacy Notice for how this information is handled.

Aer-Ports and its participants may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or out of date. Community posts do not replace airline notices, airport displays, boarding instructions, security directions, or emergency guidance. Always follow authorized personnel and official sources when they differ from the community.

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Aer-Ports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, evaluate, and improve the beta. Do not submit content you lack the right to share or personal information that should remain private.

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. Aer-Ports may restrict or remove content, suspend an account, or end participation to address safety, abuse, privacy, reliability, legal, or beta-operational concerns. Aer-Ports is not an emergency service or airport-operations channel.

The beta may contain errors, lose data, change without notice, or be unavailable. It is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. You may stop participating at any time and can request account deletion through the account page or support.
