Beginning at LAX
Whether you arrive at the airport early or are always racing the clock, Aer-Ports has you covered. Join your upcoming flight’s community feed to see what is happening in real time at and around your gate. Fellow passengers already in the gate area can share important details that airline apps and gate announcements may not capture. Official flight and airport data provide context; your Aer-Ports Flight Feed provides the lived reality.

How Aer-Ports works
Aer-Ports combines minimal official flight context with fast, structured reports from travelers sharing the same real-world moment.
01
Enter your airline, flight number, and travel date before you head to LAX. Review everything carefully—you get one self-service correction before your Aer-Port Session begins.
02
Open Aer-Ports when you arrive and confirm that your airline and flight number are correct. Start your Aer-Port Session to lock in your selected flight and open its private Flight Feed.
03
Your Aer-Ports Flight Feed shows helpful updates from passengers already at the airport: which security lines are moving, nearby food and drink options, available seating and outlets, boarding progress, and gate announcements you may have missed.
04
Use quick, pre-set report icons to share what you see—no long post required. Confirm an existing update, add a short detail, or reply when it helps your fellow passengers.
Aer-Port Session
Airport presence unlocks the correct flight community and helps travelers contribute limited activity signals while at LAX. Aer-Ports does not need or retain your location away from a participating airport.
Community context
Passenger reports supplement airline announcements, airport displays, and official instructions. They do not replace them, and urgent concerns belong with airport staff or emergency services.
LAX Beta
We are starting deliberately at LAX with travelers willing to test Aer-Ports on a departing flight and tell us what made the airport experience clearer. Applicants must be 18 or older.
Tell us only enough to prioritize travelers who can help test a real LAX journey.
