Report what you actually observe
Share first-hand gate and airport context. Distinguish what you saw or heard from a guess, prediction, rumor, or airline-confirmed fact.
Aer-Ports trust and safety
Aer-Ports flight communities are temporary, practical places for people sharing the same trip. Useful participation starts with first-hand context, respect, and restraint.

Share first-hand gate and airport context. Distinguish what you saw or heard from a guess, prediction, rumor, or airline-confirmed fact.
Use Confirm only when you independently observed the same condition. Use Helpful when an update was useful but you cannot personally corroborate it.
Airport conditions change quickly. Reply with a correction or newer observation instead of presenting old information as current.
Do not post boarding-pass details, confirmation numbers, precise personal location, private conversations, photographs of strangers, or other identifying information without permission.
No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, spam, dangerous instructions, interference with airport operations, or attempts to evade airline, airport, security, or government personnel.
Passenger reports supplement context; they do not replace airline announcements, airport signage, emergency directions, security requirements, or instructions from authorized personnel.
Same-flight travelers can report inaccurate, stale, unsafe, harassing, or spam content. Reports enter a private owner review queue; content may be temporarily paused while it is reviewed. Aer-Ports may keep, hide, or remove a report and may restrict accounts that repeatedly undermine community safety. Travelers will also be able to block another account so its contributions no longer appear in their experience.
If there is an immediate safety or security concern, contact airport personnel or emergency services. Do not rely on an Aer-Ports post or report button for urgent help.
